No. You can place your order as a guest, without registering. In order to give you a better

better shopping experience, we need your details. We will send you

an update on the status of your order and you will receive an SMS notification to let you know

exactly when it will reach you.

Although this is optional, during the checkout process you can save your details for

future orders. You can also access your order history,

Yes, you can change all the information in your Customer Area by logging in first.

Addresses can be changed in your Customer Area or in the cart during the checkout process.

Yes. To do this, enter the name and address of the person you want to give the books to in the

field.

Payments

You can choose the payment method you prefer. The following payment methods are available

credit card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, Multibanco and MB Way.

This is not necessary, as we are automatically informed of payment. You should

receive an email immediately with this confirmation. However, keep the receipt in case

needed.

Yes. Choose the "Multibanco" option at checkout. At the end of the order, you will receive an email with all the details and the Multibanco references. You can pay at any ATM or in your home banking account under "Payment for Services/Purchases" within 48 hours - during which time your books will be reserved.

Payment by MB Way must be authorized in the MB Way app, on the cell phone number you provided during the checkout process, and will be valid for 5 minutes. After this time, the order will be canceled and you will have to place a new order.

Yes. Choose the "PayPal" option at checkout. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page, which manages these payments.

Always check that your details are correct before completing.

If you choose to pay by ATM, your books will be reserved for 48 hours. If you do not

payment within this period, your order will be canceled.


If you choose to pay by credit card, PayPal or MB Way, the amount is debited as soon as you

confirm the order and it will be prepared immediately.

If you live outside Portugal, you can pay by credit card or PayPal.

We don't send books collect, but we are responsible for the books until we receive them.
